Security Policy

Security Policy uses payment gateway ( payment gateway is a software program that integrates to a merchant's website for the purpose of transmitting transaction data to the credit card acquirer for both authorization and settlement purposes. It is the Internet's virtual equivalent to the physical world merchant terminal and is consider VERY SAFE )

BrainTree Payments service enables users to be confident that the transaction will be securely completed. BrainTree Payments will be responsible for the purchase. BrainTree Payments uses SSL technology which creates a secure connection between the client and the server over which any amount of data can be sent securely.

The following documentation was required by BrainTree Payments from in order to open an account with them. As you can see those merchant account requirements are quiet rigorous and cannot be met by a fly by company.

Merchant Application Document Requirements – For Private Companies

·         Certificate of Incorporation or business registration documentation.

·         Bank letter or statement which displays bank name, company name, SWIFT number and IBAN (must be a business account).

·         Passport copy of director and all individuals with 25% or more ownership in the company. If multiple directors, please provide copies for 2 individuals

·         Personal utility bill copy displaying current home address (electric, phone, etc.). This is required for all individuals providing passport copies
